Is entanglement faster than the speed of light? ?

Entanglement is non local. A particle far away is affected by a measurement on its partner instantly without anything traveling between them. It doesn't have a speed because nothing is moving. But its effect gets there infinitely fast.

Note: no information can be sent using entanglement, so it doesn't violate relativity.

Entanglement correlations occur instantly. If you make a measurement on one, the other instantly has the correlated value. The best physics explanation reverts back to the fact that quantum mechanics is a non-local theory whether it be wave function collapse or entanglement. 

Quantum mechanics does not say that anything travels between the particles. Saying something is faster than light - since nothing travels - doesn’t have a meaning, just as it makes no sense to say that the wave function collapses faster than light. Anything that actually travels faster than light would cause causality violations. No causality violations occur with entanglement.
