Can 2 people play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe?
Considering I have only one switch so only one set of controllers (One Blue and One Red) so is their any way that 2 people can play/race each other, like kind of how in Pokemon Let's Go, 2 people can play with that support player system, where each person uses one joycon
So is there any similar feature in Kart 8 Deluxe? Or Do I have to buy a whole new set of controller/joy for the switch?
Also can I also do the same '2 person with 1 pair of joycon' thing for Sniperclips?

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has support for 4 players AND has split JoyCon support, as each JoyCon has enough buttons to handle the controls.
With only a pair of JoyCons, you can do 2 players. The only downside is that using a single JoyCon may be a bit cramped for some users. Others may prefer to utilize the dual JoyCon system or Pro controller (like myself) for comfort. Few may prefer to utilize Labo controls.

Yeah, I think you can just select a two player option, turn your controllers sideways and press the L and R buttons on your controller for player one. We play 2 player on mario kart all the time.
