Why didn’t the Broward Co Sheriff ever “Baker Act” the school shooter as they were called to the residence 36 times since 2011?
The sheriff just held a news conference blaming everyone else, when who but the sheriffs office had so many chances to get the shooter evaluated by Baker Acting him. (Fl law allowing for a forced 3 day mental evaluation) The same could be said for the school that expelled him.

Good question. I blame the local police for this. They were actually called to this guy's house 39 times in 7 years and he was never charged or committed to a mental hospital even though they knew he was mentally ill. In many cases, a therapist was called as well to medicate him while police were there.

Schools can not do a Baker hold. The cops certainly should have done it considering how many times they were called to the home. I think it was a case of lazy cops, they did not want to do the paperwork involved.

Why didn't the school do something when they knew he was disturbed? Why didn't the FBI follow through on the report that was made to them? Lots of blame to go around.

There’s the lawsuit that will make law enforcement agencies pay attention to taking responsibility toward reckless familes.

True. The white male law enforcement officers simply must stop looking the other way when the subject is a white male. Think about this, do your research, how many times has this happen because the first responding law officers who happen to be white looked the other way when he saw that the suspect was a white male. Which turned out to be a monster that went on to murder lots of people. To many times...
