Hands trembling while holding hands?

Hi there!

I've got just a small question. There's this guy who's told me he really likes me (in a romantic way) and we've been starting to hold hands recently since I still need some time to make up my mind if I really want a relationship with him. I noticed his hand was trembling pretty heavily almost the entire the time, does that mean he was nervous or is he really *that* infatuated with me? Or maybe it was just the cold, who knows after all! I really didn't know what to make of it and I was just wondering if next time I should say something to make him feel less nervous.

Any opinions on this? Cheers, guys!
