College question...?
So i am currently in a European high school but i want to got to college in the USA. I am a US citizen, my dad works in America. He lives in Michigan and pays taxes. If i get admitted in a Michigan college will I have to pay in-state or out-of-state tuition?

Every state is different with their laws regarding that. There is a reasonable chance that you would pay in-state IF you were living with your dad, given that he's lived there for at least a year. Some states are weird about in-state vs. out-of-state tuition.

You really need to ask the specific universities. If your father is a U.S. citizen AND a Michigan resident (has a Michigan Driver's license, pays state income tax, doesn't claim to be a resident of any other state or country) and claims you as a dependent, you would have a good chance as long as you are not claiming to be resident or citizen of other state or country. If your mother is a resident/citizen of another country and claims you as her dependent, then things get difficult.
Email the universities you are interested in or ask your dad to call them.

If you read the links Laurie provided, you will find you are an out of state student. This information can be found on any university's web site.

Apparently you do not live with your father, & he does not have legal custody of you. Since you do not live with your father, go to high school in the state where he resides, do not expect to get in-state tuition subsidies.

The following sources detail two different Michigan schools approach residency for purposes of paying out-of-state tuition.
