Mini Cooper or MX5 or small sports car ? Year & mileage don't really matter but rust is verboten !?

    Mazda MX5 Miata is very reliable -- a Mini Cooper not so much. Any car can have rust, so get it checked by a mechanic before you buy. Also check insurance rates before you buy. Rates for teens in sports or sporty cars are expensive.

    The Mini is probably the best bet. Four seats and reasonable insurance. Plus BMW build quality.

    mini cooper is crap.

    Mazda 3 is a good car. Mazdaspeed if you must. But it costs thousands more.
