whats the latest time a college class can start?

    It depends how long the class lasts. I taught one class at community college that ended at 9:30 pm. It ran 7 to 9:30 pm twice a week.

    That is going to vary from college to college. There's no law about it. I had an art class that began at 9pm.

    I think we used to have 6pm and maybe 8pm classes.

    It's not unheard of for astronomy labs to have evening classes (after dark).
