ISIS is finished. Finally kicked out of Iraq in 2018 and Syria in 2021. But it's followers still carried out massive attacks until the mid 2020s. A lot of Islamic extremists are focusing on cyberattacks and trying to obtain biological weapons. They gave up on suicide attacks and stuff for the most part.

The US is doing pretty good compared to how it was 20 years ago. Unemployment is around 4 percent, driverless cars make up for over 50 vehicles in the road. We are finally starting to harness solar energy on a massive scale now that we got better solar panels.
