"Tasman Marcos. It's the shark fin" Meaning the team he supports will be called that.
"Makes ya look like a mullet..." reference to the mullet haircut, popular in the 90s or thereabouts.
But the Mitre 10 Sandpit ad's far better... it's about the rivalry between NZ and Australia.

2nd guy - These are the Mako's! It's a shark fin.
1st guy again - Makes you look like a mallack
I assume there's a sports team called the Mako's which is a type of shark so the guy got a hat that looks like a shark fin. I'm not sure what the last comment about it making him look like a mallack means.
