What are some good tools for designing a wing?

The wing is for a small car that will average about 30 mph. The speed is low so the design has to be aggressive.

I'm just looking for a general Idea on how to tackle this problem. any help?

    Check out "sprint cars". These cars race at relatively low speeds and need a substantial wing on the back to add traction for the tires
