Has anyone had any success keeping people from letting their dogs crap on your lawn?

I have had no luck asking dog owners politely not to bring their dogs to my lawn to relieve themselves. I have sprayed the owners with a water hose. I have left several set rat traps on the lawn. Cayenne pepper. I dont want to, but I think I'll have to start drop kicking dogs in the head

Don't have a worry, we live on a country road and rarely do you ever see anyone walking up or down it.

And even so our house is far enough back if there was anyone walking a dog we wouldn't see them.

If you live in the UK, the Environmental Health office will collect it, DNA test it, catch them in the act and prosecute. Its a hefty fine.

Check your local Animal control and Environmental Health, there may be by laws you can use against them. People like that often only change their behaviour when they are out of pocket.

I built fence, the dog now craps beside it and pees through the fence. I didn't just build a fence for that reason tbh.

They're gonna do what they're gonna do. Put up a fence, even if it's just 2 feet tall.

my neighbors big dog used 2 do it all the time. I learned tip here. " pour bacon grease on it" it makes the dog eat its own. Gross!! just dont let your own dog get it.
