Are there actually any restroom laws on the books now?
With all the flap in the news about transgender restroom laws, I'm wondering what the current laws are, or if there even are any. I have used the womens restroom at Starbuck's when the men's was occupied. These restrooms are meant to be used one person at a time, and I could lock the door so no woman comes in while I am in there. Always get strange looks on the way out, lol. Did I break the law? I wouldn't go into a womens restroom meant to be used by several people at once.

Whether you broke the law depends on what state you are in. In New York, you'd be fine. In North Carolina, you would have broken the law, even in a single-occupancy restroom.
