Whats wrong with my routers?

Update:

I get a good 60Mbps on my main computer that is connected through the typical Ethernet cable. The problem is that is i only get 2Mbps on my gaming rig that is in another room wirelessly. I switched out my original router (Cisco Linksys E1200) for my backup router (Netgear WNR1000v2) with the same results. I don't know whats going on, but how do i fix this? Prior to this i received the full 60Mbps regardless of the router. Any help would be appreciated.

Update 2:

Funny thing... I moved my router up a foot and it made a difference. Now i get thew speeds i normally get.
