Conditions for a guppy?
I have a cycled ten gallon tank with a heater and a twenty gallon filter. It has silk plants, nice gravel, and a cave for them. I want to get some guppies, but I'm not sure what temperature the water should be, what hardness, etc. And can I put some neon tetras in there as well? Or no? Thank you!

Three male guppies and five neon tetras should be fine.
They like water around 75 degrees. They'll accept most pH and hardness levels.
Neon tetras are low pH / low hardness fish so make sure your water matches their needs or don't buy them at all.

guppies are tropical fish. They live comfortably in 75 - 78 degrees. However, they are very sensitive to water temperature change. Just make sure that every you do water change, don't do more than 20% water change.
And yeah, add a school of neon tetra or neon zebras
