I think it is allowed to go to any parish you want. My sister in law got an annulment and she had help from the priest. She went through s different church than the one she was married in.

you take a wife and you get divorced this idea of it did not count is man made. You can call your marriage annulled but you would still have an ex husband or wife. This concept really is giving a divorced person a status of someone who was never married. This is a lie if you lived together and had sex and made vows how can a church erase those facts. The Lord is wanting to heal broken families and loves the divorced people as much as anyone else.
