If someone over 18 was raped by someone under 18, would the over 18 still be the one that gets into trouble?
I've heard that if you are over 18 and have sex with someone under 18, than it is considered statutory rape and the 18 year old will be punished.
But what if someone over 18 was actually raped by a minor under 18.
Let's say the 18 year old could provide evidence and if there were several witnesses.
Who would get into trouble?

In the UK , anyone over the age of 11 will be held responsible for any criminal action they may commit -- so that includes rape.
Being "underage" does not absolve one from either moral or criminal responsibility .

Statutory rape laws ONLY apply to cases were there is no physical force. When one party forces the other, age is not an issue.

Whoever is committing the Crime. The only difference with Age is where he ends up when being convicted.

Hard to say but I remember my teacher saying both will get in equally trouble, I'm not to sure though
