Im 15 can i get a clitoral hood piercing?

If you can find a piercer that will pierce genitals on a minor (each piercing shop has set their own standards about ages for genital/nipple piercings), then you will be able to get it BUT you will need parental consent. If your parent/guardian will let you get it and you can find a piercer (Professional!) to do it for you, than yes you can get it done.

As for the pain, I have no idea as I don't have one and am not interested in getting one. It seems like it would hurt a lot more than a belly button piercing considering they are shoving a needle through your clit. Dang, even thinking of it makes me feel pain. But everyone's pain tolerance is different; you may experience unbearable pain or you may barely feel it. All depends on how sensitive your clit is.

Absolutely not. They could get in so much trouble for that. In most states you can get pretty much any piercing if you're under 18 as long as you have a legal guardian with you but until you are 18 there are no piercers that are gong to touch your nipples or genitals with a needle.

Omg please don't! YES it's going to hurt; you're getting a piercing rammed through your clit aka one of the top 10 most sensitive areas on a female's body. Plus I don't think it's legal to have a grown man pierce a 15 year olds genitals and If it is then good luck finding someone who will because everyone knows that looks bad for the piercer. Why would you even want one? So you could get it snagged on your panties and have a ripped clit. Omg, what has the world come to!?!

In most places where body piercing is regulated, it is illegal to pierce the genitals or nipples of a minor.
