What is the statue of limitations on a felony warrant (failure to appear)?
From what I read, felony warrant on a failure to appear is at least 3 years... yes???

There is no statute of limitations on a warrant. SOL's are only for crimes that you are not charged or indicted yet for. If you rob a bank and they don't know you did it , then after the SOL is up, they can't charge you even if they figure out that you did it. If you're already charged then the SOL doesn't apply. Best bet is to turn yourself in, rather than waiting for them to come get you.
