What is the best vitamin C serum for your face?

I am 25 and starting to notice sun damage and fine lines growing around my eyes, I've been told that Vit. C works wonders and have spent time reading reviews and can't really come to any conclusions about which product is the best quality. I'm looking to spend around $30 (give or take) and want something that I can use as a part of my skin care regimen to slow down the increasing appearance of wrinkles. What should i look for?

Look for a vitamin C product with at least 10% vitamin C with a pH of less than 4. It's very hard to find a well-formulated vitamin C serum under $30 though.

I personally use OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum which works well for under $30 but it does have drawbacks (pretty sticky, contains fragrance and alcohol which can be drying). If it was in my budget I would pay more for a more elegant formula but if none of that bothers you, OST is a great choice.

If you live in the US, NuFountain is a great choice for under $30. They are sold on Amazon and they're all 20% vitamin C and they list the pH right in the description (something that most skincare lines don't do unfortunately).

There are other great ones, but not in your price range. Although Paula's Choice does a fantastic one at  $48 so if you catch it on sale and combine it with a referral code, you can get it under $30.

I have, I heard it was a good skin remedy and all it did was make my face greasy and break out :(
