Reminder apps. on start up of computer.?

Question

Due to a brain injury I have severe short term memory loss. I am looking for an app that will pop up a to do list when I turn on my computer. Preferably dated so I can fill in items on a "need by" status. Something that would not be to confusing, (another little side affect of the injury)

another defect trying to stretch his miserable little defective life and in the process cause pain and suffering to everyone they come in contact with. why don't you kill yourself you little sh!t? that's easier than trying to remember that you are a defective little Piece of garbage, think about it with your little brain full or trash....
