Introductory sentence for a comment?

Hi folks!

I'm supposed to write a comment on the relevance of Shakespeare nowadays.

But I have a problem to find, or better: to think of a good beginning. Could you maybe help me?

I thought of:

"As Shakespeare is still thaught in school, the question appears, whether how relevant he and his work for modern audiences is"

(Excuse me for my bad english, I do live in Germany)
