Where does the right to make poor personal choices end and the state's right to intervene begin?

It really isn't a matter or good or bad decision making; the government works to stop you if you're a conservative and especially if you're Christian or Jewish. If you're liberal, you're free to make as many bad choices as you'd like.

Consider the IRS scandal; the IRS didn't target terrorist organizations, communists, or any criminal organizations, they target those those who believe in limited government, economic freedom, and personal rights. Information is the biggest enemy to big government and big government (the Obama Administration) is going to keep fighting to stop freedom of speech.
