Do you believe in finding that prince without having to kiss all of those frogs.?

I've been with my boyfriend for a handful of months. He's my first boyfriend, but he is very good to me. My step mom says that she's never had what we've had and she's been married; but maybe it's because we're still borderline honey moon phase.

He's pretty much my dream boyfriend, not in looks but so much in personality. We share common interests, beliefs, and morals. He comforts me and spends time with me when needed. He's understanding, and considerate.

We never argue really, we always try to come to an agreement. We find no interest in holding grudges really.

The only one that truly believes in us is my step mom. Everyone else says we're too young to understand love, but all I know is he treats me right and he's like my best friend. I feel like he's the one. We may not last forever, but I want to last a long time with him. My mom says it's puppy love and it'll pass, but I think she's just being protective because she's had some really asshole boyfriends my age. (My dad, my brother's dad)

I'm graduating this year in high school, and he's currently attending college. We're young, but not that young. On the edge of being adults.
