Or
Using the stationary bike for 15 minutes twice and then walking for 60 minutes.
Or
I jog for 20 minutea and walk for 40.
I also do a little weight lifting or light yoga as well some days.

The amount of time you are spending working out is fine, and does describe an active person. My challenge to you would be to find activities that you really enjoy, and will stick with. Add variety. Yoga is great (I'm a yoga instructor, so I may be biased), but many people love dance, walking, jogging, martial arts, aerobics classes, swimming, biking outdoors, etc. Although I don't know your goals, I'd concentrate less on calories, and more on the types of foods you eat. Notice what foods make you feel energetic and good when you eat them, as opposed to which foods make you feel bloated and like taking a nap. I'd stick with whole foods, and as little processed food and sugar as possible. Set up a plan that you enjoy, and you'll be able to stick with the healthy lifestyle for years to come.

2500 is too much.
Instead of walking for two hours, run for 45 mins.
Walking doesn't do much for you.
