What strength exercises should i do?

Hi i'm a 16 year old girl,, 5'5" and 48 kgs. I don't have much muscle mass and would like to have a bit. What exercises should i do and how often? Also, id prefer to do it fasted first thing in the morning as i enjoy morning workouts most of all. I generally just do cardio.

    First off, wow you weigh like nothing-I'm the same age and height and weigh 130-135. Okay as for muscle mass- don't do those ditsy little dumbbell things all the other girls do with the low weight high rep crap, that does nothing. I go to the gym and do every weight machine for 3 sets of 10 reps at a high weight where I can do 10 reps and when I sweat. Don't listen to what other people say about how you can get all gross and beefy, that's not true. Guys get bulked because of testosterone and some crazy chicks get beefy because they either take some weird supplements or spend all day everyday at the gym for hours. So for now Mon, Wed, Fri do all the muscle groups on the weight machines- high weight low rep (I eat oatmeal and an egg and a piece of fruit before I go so I can lift) and on Tuesday and Thursday, I swim a mile (fasted off course cause ya, you burn more fat). Make sure you eat a lot of protein afterwards to rebuild your muscle, and you will feel sore for a few days after.
