Am i eating too much protein?

I am a 16 year old girl, 5'5" and consume 60 - 90 grams of protein per day according to myfitnesspal. Is this too much?

    It depends on how much you work out. Your body uses it to repair tissue, and then the extra builds muscle during exercise. If not used, your body converts it to fat! You should have about 50g a day. However, if you're healthy and at the right weight, I wouldn't worry too much. :)

    It really depends on who's diet you're doing. If you do Dr. Atkins, it's all protein/fat - and green vegetables. Here protein is unlimited - eat all you want. But very very few carbs - under 20 grams a carbs/day.

    But if you do Dr. Fuhrman's diet, he likes you eating green vegetables, beans and just a little fruit - no fat and very very little protein.

    So..... take your pick. Both guys claim that they have "scientific proof" that their diet is the RIGHT one.
