Sore on one side of my throat, forcing up mucus?

I don't know what's wrong with me. It started either late last night or early this morning. One side of my gums under my tongue was swollen but it went down because I put ice on it, and now I think my salivary duct in the back of my mouth is swollen and I can force up mucus.

I'm a virgin, in the mouth, at least. I barely had my first kiss like a few days ago, lol.

Uhm. I have sore throats every now and then but this one is bugging me, so. I gargled warm salt water and sprayed some sore throat spray in the back of my throat. I've also been drinking a lot of water. How can I make this go away over night? I'm going to see my boyfriend tomorrow and I don't want him to catch anything.
