Can you pair a GTX 560 with a GTX 660?

Sorry. New to pairing cards together.

My motherboard has 2 PCI slots and my current GTX 560 is SLi ready

But the GTX 560 is hard to find now and the GTX 560 is at a great price.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can I pair the two for much better performance? (1 monitor)

No, SLI only works with the GPUs that are the same GTX model (but they can be from different manufacturers). I.E an Asus DCU2 gtx 770 will work with an MSI twin frozr gtx 770, but it won't work with a gtx 680.

No you can't sli those two. They are too different.
