New CPU or Card first?

Card: GTX 560 (non ti)
CPU: AMD Quad Core 3.40GHz

Not sure which will be more important for gaming, but I fear I'll be feeling the need for an upgrade when Watch Dogs is released and I can't run it at a setting I'm happy with.

Any recommendations on a card or CPU with a price range of $150?

The GPU is always more important ... I recommend saving your money for a better card (stick with Nvidia)

with modern games the CPU has very little impact

No GPU of $150 will run that game, and an 8 core processor is more than $150 also. Running/playing Watch Dogs is going to be expensive.

buy a GPU on ebay from someone who is selling a recent high end card but has bought an even better one , the huge number of musthaves means there are always bargains available
