    you need to fill i-9 form for that..

    the form is pretty complicated and you may get rejected if it is filled improperly..

    i suggest you get help from an attorney in this matter..

    If your visa type allows you to work in the US, you already have the appropriate documents (or have access to get them). If your visa does allow you to work in the US, your visa does not allow you to work in the US. This is not something an immigration lawyer can change.
