iPad Mini or Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1?

I am a student pilot pursuing my private pilots license..

My flight instructor uses an iPad but I'm an Android fan boy.

I bought an iPad Mini 16 Gigs for charts and as an Electronic Flight Book but then on Groupon I found the Note 10.1 on sale so I bought that too.

I'm curious on which one I should keep and which one I should return. Both are being shipped and have not arrived yet.

Which device do you all think would be beneficial to me?

    If you know that your Electronic Flight Book is compatible with Android, then go with the Galaxy 10.1. I feel like too many people get their hearts set on Apple products, because that's what all of their friends use.
