Of course there is only one true religion acceptable to Jehovah God.

Jehovah's Witnesses.

Only Jehovah's Witnesses practice the kind of love Jesus emulated by sharing love with all they meet. The key word is practice. Only JWs put the practice of showing love above any directive from a human institution. That makes the unique as an organization.

If we were following the course encouraged by the nations of the world, we would be following the course followed pioneered by Cain, putting self ahead of love.

If I were the devil, and I failed to tempt Jesus in the desert, and he was able to hand authority to his apostles as He did, I'd do everything I can to distract people's attention away from those apostles and those that they passed authority down to.

I'd tempt those in authority to sin--because people so easily fall into the error of thinking sin eliminates authority.

I'd put pride in others to make them challenge authority. I'd create thousands of "denominations" until people are so confused they abandon any sort of unity and start their own "me and Jesus" thing. Each person would interpret God's word on their own, bending it to promote their vices.

There'd be so much confusion that Athiests (whom I've convinced I don't exist) would mock Christianity because there's no unity among them.

In short, I'd do everything to work against Jesus's prayer to His Father when His hour had come (John 17). Because what Mark wrote is true--a kingdom divided cannot stand.

Yes there is one true religion. And the gates of hell will not prevail against it! If you seek it, you need only put aside pride and humbly choose to be obedient to the authority Jesus Christ put in place.

Incidentally, the criteria you outline for recognizing the church is probably well intentioned, but the early Christians already determined how to recognize the Church--in 381, after the persecutions had ended, the First Council of Constantinople outlined what is accepted by most major Christian denominations:

Otto-as you know, there are literally thousands of man-made religions including the cults, which include atheism by the way, but the only one 'religion' that the creator of all things, seen and unseen will allow :- Looking after the orphans and widows in the world today and not to be corrupted by this secular world we live in. There is no other religion that God will accept!

Jesus started one true Christian religion. So today there must be just one group, of true worshipers of Jehovah God. (John 4:23,24)

The most outstanding mark of true Christian is that they have real love among themselves.( John 13:34,35)

God never had need of more than a single religion. Unified in love and peace worldwide, applying the teachings of Jesus in their everyday lives. The servants of Jesus' God and Father-YHWH(Jehovah) John 20:17, rev 3:12) They serve Jesus as their king as well.

Those born again by the Spirit of God are the true body of Christ, His true church. Those who claim that they belong to the truth under certain labels have no idea what the truth is to begin with. To know you belong to the Lord and your name is in the Book of Life, you MUST be reborn by the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit no one can be saved.

Yes the Jewish one. The Jewish people are the root source of 2 of the worlds largest religions. They are also one of the few religions that are not seeking converts.
