Gymnasts/Rock Climers/Cross Fitters - who is the strongest?

I was really wondering which of those three sports have the strongest female athletes. I mean grown-up, fully developed girls/women, let's say 16+ years.

How many pull-ups is the average female gymnast, training in let's say Level 9 or 10, able to do?

How man Hanging Leg Raises?

Are female Climbers or Crossfitters stronger? If so, what do you think, what is the amount pf pull-ups women who compete in a quite high (not highest, just be kind of little lower than professional) Level in their sports are able to do?

Thanks in advance!

gymnasts are very strong and fit, but rock climbers have a better grip and upper body strength.

When comparing different sports it is difficult to know exactly what requires and develops more strength since the sports use different types of power or strength.

You are asking (in effect) how is the stronger? A circus strongman, A bodybuilder or a gymnast? Each sport requires different strengths. A gymnast has to be flexible but not that strong, a rock climber has to be strong but not heavy and a cross fitter needs to have all elements.

To be Honest, I don't think anyone knows unless you have experienced them all. I think Gymnastics so extremely difficult mentally and physically. I'm a level 9 gymnast and I'm 15. At a normal practice on bars we do about 50 pull-ups 50 skin the cats, we clime a 20 foot rope using just our arms. We do many other upper-body workouts that are hard to explain unless your a gymnast. On vault we do a lot of push-ups we do about 80. On vault we do a lot of leg drills and resistance running. On floor we run our routines over and over but when it's not your turn you have to practice your jumps you do 20 of each jump for a total of about 60 jumps. We also have to jump on to a box then when you jump of, as soon as you hit the floor you do a front tuck. As for our arms we walk on our hands for the length of the floor (40ft) 4 times. On beam we don't do much but we would have to walk in a press ( if you sit in a stratal and put your arms in between your legs and push up holding all your body)

Quelle(n): I don't know if gymnastics is the hardest I sure think so but it's something I love! Ps at school I have the highest push up score of 122. I have never done the others besides a rock climbing camp and the only reason I did so good at it was because of gymnastics and sport I have done was not as difficult. I personally thing gymnastics is not just flexibility, how do you think we through our selfs 10 feet in the air? Flexibility....no.
