Why I do not loose any weight?
I am a 46 year old woman weighting about 14.5 stones. I started going to the gym for the past 2 weeks everyday. i do cycling about 12 km in 25 minutes, 4 kilometres on the stepper for 10 minutes, rowing and i use some other machines to tones up arms and legs.
I am careful with what I eat, i haven;t lost anything but still i can feel my clothes are looser on me.
I eat less than 100 calories a day

You can always eat more than you burn no matter how much exercise.
However, you can gain muscle mass, while losing fat, so your weight could increase as your health gets better.
If you are looking better and feeling better, and your clothes are fitting better you are improving regardless your weight.
If you exercise, and eat healthy you will weigh what you should weigh, don't pay attention to height/weight charts they are not accurate.
write down everything you eat and drink track your calories so you know exactly what and how much you eat, this will help you maintain a good diet.

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement

take a 30 second break in the middle of your meal evaluate just how hungry you still are before getting back to your food

You are still eating too much. Eat smaller, healthy meals. When you feel hunger pangs you will know it's working.
