get ripped in 6 weeks? possible?
Hi guys,
I am a 20 year old girl, 1,6 m height and I weigh 120lbs at the moment. I do gymnastics (6 hours a week) and eat healthy.
My goal is to get to a ripped body, my legs aleady are really muscular, you can see the muscles, but my upper body is not, especially tummy is flabby.
For the next 6-8 weeks I want to get to 110 lbs, and have a ripped experience. I don't need muscular arms, just slim and nicely toned and my tummy should be flat with a little bit of abs showing.
My plan is an every day ab workout for 15-20 minutes, and a dieat consisting of fruit, veggies, oat flakes, whole grain bread, chicken and fish, milk, low-fat quark, eggs, quinoa, rice, potatoes and low fat yoghurt. After 5 o'clock I will try to avoid carbs and sometimes I will allow myself some sweet stuff.
What do you think, how long will it take to get my body ripped and achieve my goals? Do you have further tips?

unforunently not totally realistic...
but u can get started.. lift weights 40-60 mins
then do cardio for 20 mins after
take whey protein supplment
an amino acids
it will help
an eat more proteins
