Sorry, you need to think this through a bit more. Look at it this way, God may killed 95% of "jews" (not to mention nearly 99.99999% of all life) in the past,while Hitler only killed less than 10% of the world's jewish population. The point here is that while Hitler preformed horrific acts of genocide, God did much worse. Both should rot in any sort of eternal punishment you can imagine.

Hitler killed several people of all religions by his own hands. But he ordered the Nazis to kill millions of Jews, Christians and atheists.

God destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah but we aren't sure how many people lived there. In the Great Flood, it wasn't the entire planet, just the land by today's Mediterranean Sea, and we have no idea how many grave sinners died. Probably about 300,000. They were pagans. During times of war between God's Chosen People and Gentiles and Pagans, probably a total of a million were killed. There weren't billions of people living back then and people only lived in the Middle East and small lands around it.

Saddam Hussein killed more people with his own hand than Hitler did. He even killed his own uncle for disrespecting his father.

If there is no God what does it matter. If there is no God then we will all go into a state of non existence when we die. One of these was head of state of Germany from 1934 to 1945. The other doesn't exist.
