Will I get a red light ticket?
Okay so I got flashed by a camera at an intersection, but it wasn't for speeding. I was going the speed limit then right when the light turned yellow I was breaking to stop and my car hydroplaned and wouldn't stop. So not only I couldn't stop, but I had to run the light because I wasn't going to just sit in the middle of an intersection. It had been raining at the time as well. So should a ticket appear in the mail eventually or can they possibly view what happened and not send me one? Please help...

If you're in an intersection when it turns red ... you have the right to proceed on through. In fact, you're supposed to. Sitting there would be worse, unless you can back up.

You were driving too fast for the conditions... because it was raining. The speed limit is not how fast you can go in bad weather... you have to go slow enough to be able to stop in time for a red light.
Tell it to the judge. You will pay the fine.

Depends on your luck. If the ticket arrives, you can give the explanation but I doubt the concerned officer will waive it.
