A friend told me to come over and hang out. I have arrived, but he doesn't answer phone nor text. How long should I wait outside of his condo before just leaving?

5 to 10 minutes if he doesn't answer your calls and tell you when he is coming by then just leave and tell him you weren't there

No more than five minuites! then just go home. Have you knocked on the door and stuff. Maybe his phone died or something.
