Oregon Mask Law: face covering?

I was wondering if it is legal to wear any type of face covering in public in the state of OR? Not like a Halloween mask but just any type of face covering (bandana, balaklava, etc). I know it is illegal to wear a costume mask while driving but if I was simply concerned with my privacy and wanted to be unidentifiable in public would that be at all legal, and in what ways would it or wouldn't it be?

    It's legal for you to walk around wearing a mask. It is also legal for businesses to refuse to grant you service if you're wearing a mask. They can kick you out of their establishment if they want to. The police can also stop you and demand to check your id.

    If there's a protest or riot going on, there are likely to be restrictions on wearing a mask. But that's not what you asked about.

    Wearing a mask is not illegal. Walking around with your face should be.
