Xbox Live connection is very slow?

So I have had this problem since this morning. Anytime I click on a downloaded app, (Youtube, Minecraft, Indie Games, Internet) It loads VERY slow. I also tried playing Left 4 Dead 2 but I cannot play any online games because I am lagging very badly. I tried unplugging the router and plugging it back in, but that didn't do any help. Any suggestions?

It really has to do with your internet service.. Even if your plugged with ethernet cord, google port forward xbox 360 if you really desire to get a better connection, its something about the DQS system
