Where to find fancier clothes for cheap?
So I recently enrolled in a public speaking class at the community college down the street and we are supposed to dress up for all of our speeches. To just be brash about it I have boobs now. All my clothes from last year either don't fit my double D's or are so low cut even with a cami underneath that I would never dream of wearing them out of the house. Also, the only skirt I've ever worn I picked up from goodwill four years ago and it's more patches than skirt. I went to Maurice's the other day spent $25 on this beautiful cream floral skirt and blue cinched blouse but I need a few more outfits but I don't have that kind of money! I checked out all the goodwill's in the area and they have nothing in my size this week :( Any shops that have cheap clothing?

Okay, I'll break it down because I'm kind of an expert.
1) DO NOT SHOP AT FOREVER 21, DELIA'S, WET SEAL, etc. Those clothes will not last. There is a reason they are cheap!
2) Try Marshall's or TK/TJ Maxx. Hit it at the right time and you'll get a good deal.
3) Try Kohl's. If you shop there often enough, you can come up with some Kohl's kash!
4) Do a little online research and find another thrift store. I know of three Goodwill's less than 45 minutes from me and a Salvation army. There are also a ton of consignment shops. Ask around too.
5) Do you like shopping online? Ebay, Piperlime, Bluefly, 6pm, and many others are good websites to get cheaper clothes.
6) Lower your standards from fancy to decent. Try Walmart, Kmart, Sears, etc. You can get a decent blouse, a decent skirt, and some decent shoes. Then do your hair and makeup well and add some accessories. I don't think people will really be too bothered if you aren't wearing Chanel or Valentino.
