Well if you think about it that's a very hard one because yes kids should be a priority but your mom shouldn't be less important. I guess what I mean is they are equal and you shouldn't pick who comes first. Your mother raised you and to say that your children are more important than your mother sounds heartless, just like saying your mother is more important.

Hands down, my husband and I in unison would tell you that our children are more important than our respective parents and even each other.
