Define article 2 section 4?
Some friends believe that "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment " means that upon impeachment, all must leave. But I think it means any of these offices can be impeached. Which is it?

You haven't quoted the COMPLETE text which is ..
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors."
So the article tells us who is subject for impeachment and possible removal and for what grounds.
Also "means that upon impeachment, all must leave" is incorrect. They get removed from office NOT after being impeached, but after being convicted, at trial, by the Senate.
