Can my husband kick me out?
My husband and daughter share an apartment. My son and I lost our apartment due to the actions of his brother who is now in jail. I sleep on the couch and have been 4 months. Everything was fine until he started drinking again. He is a verbally abusive drunk. I pay a third of the rent and do ALL the housework. I go to AA and do nothing wrong. I tell my daughter what he says to me. ( today I was a dirty whore because the tshirt I had on was too tight. I wasnt going anywhere). He doesnt act like this around our daughter. He said next time I tell her hes throwing me out. We live in Bridtol county Ma. Can he legally?
? Situation changing JULY 1st.

this may be a mixed blessing.. maybe it's time for you to leave and sue him for divorce.

If you two are still married, then he can't kick you out of the marital home...however, you indicate you were living separately until you lost your apartment, so if he's just letting you crash there temporarily, he might be able to kick you out (if you aren't on the lease and are divorced or legally separated)...
I suggest you simply stop sharing things with your daughter that she'll repeat to him and p*ss him off...after all, you are in his home and you say your situation is changing in a month, so surely you can manage to keep what he says to yourself for that long...do you really want the kids in the middle of your issues with him anyway???

why would you tell your daughter? are you just trying to stir the sh!t? obviously what he did was/is wrong, but that doesn't mean you stoop as well.
