Is this correct latin? (Tattoo)?

Hey guys,

It's been a while since I have taken latin and I've been meaning to get this tattooed on my back, so I figured I would check. There are a few different versions of how to say this, but I was just hoping that my grammar is somewhat correct.

The tattoo will be 

PRIMA FACIE MEA CULPA

(meaning, at first sight, I am guilty/it is my fault). As I said, it has been years since I have taken latin, and I might actually check with a teacher at my old school, but i figured I would try to avoid making a fool of myself by asking here first.

Does it make sense?

I watched it and thought the two main actors were very good. Wilfred Bramble came across as lonely and not being able to come to terms with his gender while Harry H Corbett came across as a bit of a big head. Don't know if either were true, but the programme was very interesting. It was also sad that they couldn't get any more work apart from Steptoe and Son.

but you are going to make a fool of yourself by getting a tattoo - so why not ask your teacher? 

mea culpa does indeed mean " my fault"  - mea, possessive pronoun, culpa, noun. [it's generally used in the ablative in Catholic confession, where it means " through my fault"]  It does not mean " I am guilty" - that would be noxius  [adjective] sum [ verb] or nocens [ adjective] sum [verb]
prima facie - on the first appearance - is usually used to describe  evidence in a court of law

It looks fine to me. It's a bit poetic (since there's no verb), but I think that actually adds a nice touch in this case.
Literally, it says "At first appearance, my fault", if that's okay with you.
