he disappeared. what am i supposed to understand?

hi
last week a guy asked me to give him my number 
he said he is attracted to me and wants a serious relationship with me
we talked every day at 7 p.m.
he asked to see pictures of me
he was interested in who I am and wanted to go out with me for a date
we agreed on the time and place 
I went there and while I was waiting he called and said that he cannot come because 
his brother took the car. He called me later and said he'll take me to a much more beautiful place
the next day, he called and we talked about what I can let him do in a relationship with me
and I told him that I am catholic(we can kiss, hug ,hold hands but no premarital sex)
the other day, he did not call so I called him and he said he is busy and he'll call me later
but he did not call
he disappeared 
I sent him sms and asked him if he is ok
he said yes
I asked what happened
he did not answer
what am I supposed to understand

You should forget about him and move on. He obviously was sexually attracted to you and wanted nothing to do with you except to have sex. You'll find someone better than that in future, someone who'll want something more than just sex. Don't waste your time thinking and hurting because of this guy, he's not worth it.

For one, I'm glad that you are faithful in your religion and want to stick by its values. But from the you describe it, it sounds as if because you told him that you dont wan't premarital sex, he has been put off. Hopefully though he isnt that sort of guy, and he is someone you could potentially have a future with. He may also be tell you the truth that he is busy, but he should still have the decency to call you or text yout. 

All i can tell you is maybe wait a few days and see if he comes around either by calling you or texting you, and if not, then maybe he isnt the one you were looking for.

I'm afraid they do that sometimes.  I once stood outside a cinema for an hour for a boy who assured me he would never stand me up.  (that means not turn up in England)
