Too early to take a test but I think I'm pregnant?

Question

First of all if I were it'd be just over a week along, but I've always been told you don't get symptoms that early. The last two days I've felt like I was going to throw up at any second, then last night I got some cramps which I guess I could count as period cramps except they were super light. 
Now here's the kicker: I just got my 'period' my last one started on January 28th, so with today being the twentieth it's just a little early because I'm not due until the twenty-fifth. So is there any chance this is spotting? Because my periods are always exactly on time. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Actually...i felt my son "move" like a swimming sensation at a month and half w my son. Everyone thought I was crazy. Telling me u dont feel movement till bout 18 weeks at least. But I knew what I felt. I even felt this sensation before a positive pg test. After I told my mom, she didnt believe I could feel it and know for fact I was pregnant tht way. Sure enough...tht,test showed pos. Though everytime I felt this swimming I got very sick. I believe every woman and,every pregnancy is different. And if someone tells u impossible...just think, hearing my story (im not the only one who thought they were crazy for having early symptoms) that NOTHING is impossible. Just think, I gt pregnant w my son 2 months after drs told me I was totally infertile forever unless I got surgery (which I didnt) and pregnancy would be out of my question but now look. My sons 3 months healthy and happy. ;) good luck!

Slight bleeding during pregnancy is called implantation bleeding. Which is what you may have noticed if you are pregnant. Take a test at home or go visit your doctor; they will tell you exactly what's going on. Good luck!
