How can chinese nationals from mainland purchase foreign goods online?
For offline purchases some shops in European capitals offer ATM machines which work which chinese credit cards but still many transations are just cash. I wonder how chinese nationals may be able to purchase goods online as paypal and other common systems do not work in china or only work with a foreign credit card. Does anybody familiar with the situation or even comming from mainland china know how this works?

The concern may even involve some national sentiments, which makes it difficult for online merchants to make it through the subject country.
