What to wear when skiing for men?

Depends on the temperature where you are going and the elevation of the mountain. If you're riding up a mountain it could be as much as 10 to 20 degrees colder than from the base area. If you'll be at the bunny slopes and it's 30 to 40 degrees you don't have to layer as much.

If it's 25 degrees and colder layers are a must. He'll need at least his undies, the thermal under layers top & bottom or Under Armour top & bottom, a turtleneck or mock neck shirt and a light sweater or vest, and insulated ski pants. If he doesn't have insulated ski pants he may want to wear a light pair of sweat pants under the ski pants. Ski socks or long, thin wool socks, a good hat and ski gloves are a must.

If it's warm he can skip the thermals or Under Armour, or the sweater or vest. I usually have 3 layers on top under the jacket--thermal undershirt, mock t-neck, and a wool sweater, and on the bottom, in addition to underwear, thermal or Under Armour long johns and insulated ski pants, and wool socks. If it's hot you can unzip the jacket or peel off one of the layers.

What are snickers? Sneakers? Sneakers are OK, but if it's storming a pair of snow boots with some traction would be good.

I wouldn't layer up too much, saying this because I've been skiing before and you get VERY hot because the sun reflects off the snow. I would wear some undies, pants, then snow pants, and for the top, under armor over a tshirt with a snow jacket would be just fine.

If the boot suits..... you have gotta have a narrow foot if that boot is setting up you nicely. in case you sense delicate in that boot, then via all capacity positioned on it. i'm no longer one hundred% all-checked-out in this boot, yet i understand Lange has a tendency to run narrow.
