1st world countries are countries that are developed and have good social structure, such as great Britain, the US and Canada.
2nd world countries tend to have the label because of communist or former communist leadership. So countries like China, Cuba, Russia, and most of eastern Europe would be considered 2nd world.
3rd world countries tend to be countries that are not sanitary, do not have good social structure, are abundant in crime and suffering and that lack social structure.
